Woman Settles Quota Hiring Case For $30,000
According to the Southeast Texas Record in a story here, an African American woman has been awarded $30,000 in a failure-to-hire case brought against a beauty supply company by the EEOC. She alleged that the company refused to hire her because it had not met its quota of hiring white employees.
